Dave

Dave is an NPC in Spectrobes: Beyond The Portals. He is in charge of the the Nanairo Planetary Patrol Weapons Department. 

Role in Gameplay

Dave presents himself at the beginning of the game, and gives Rallen two Spectrobes: a Harumite and a Komanoto. Later, he exchanges your Harumite for a Vilamasta. 

Trivia

• Dave appears to be the Nanairo conterpart of Kotetsu, an engineer on Wyterra who makes Cosmo Weapons. They both have a strange, robotic machine on their backs that they control with their hands, and are both bald. They are also similar in stature, as both are short.
