Pagadori still resembles a penguin, unlike its counterpart Pagoyama, who departs wildly from its base animal. It's a very large Spectrobe, having a titanic, round body with a spine of feathers going down the centre, and a huge frill resembling a queenly cape. The cape has angular patterns on it reminiscent of snowflakes. Under the cape is a pair of wings, also wide in wingspan, with orange tips to the feathers. On its head is an intricate frosty headdress, with a large darker V-shaped 'horn'.
