Pagoni (カキンドウジ Kakindouji) appears in Spectrobes: Beyond the Portals as an Adult Spectrobe of the Flash Property. Pagoni evolves into Pagoyama and evolves from Pago.

Description[]

This Spectrobe greatly differs from its child form, now having an appeareance like an ice demon. Its body is entirely made out of ice, having scales all over its body, and its flesh is a brighter blue. Its body is wide and almost spherical, and fivelong thin blades grow from its back. Dark blue fur lines its ogre-like face, which has two fin-like horns. Each arm is guarded with straw braces, a blade protruding from the forearms, and it has five icy claws for hands. Its feet have four digits, but are attached to an outer ring so as to resemble snow shoes.

Trivia[]

The fact that the word 鬼 (oni, "demon") is part of this Spectrobe's name, as well as the straw braces in its design and its given Flash property may hint that it was inspired by the Namahage, a Japanese tradition of people portraying demons during the winter.
