Ukabi resembles a generic inner tube made to look like a sea creature, patterned with turqoise and yellow stripes. It wears a golden collar around its neck and a golden anchor attached to a chain on its rear, which is meant to be its tail. On Ukabi's head are two vertical stripes made from bands of light blue and dark purple; its eyes are placed outside these stripes. The mouth is flush with the rest of the head, so it is hard to see from a distance.
